1) Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are direct factory and our production line covers all standards and Brass, Copper & Aluminum products or as per your requirement.

2) How long can I get some products samples for checking and how much is it?

A: For the samples which available in stock, we can send it to you for free immediately. If make new samples as per your

specification, it takes around 7 working days. The price of made to print samples will depends on the requirement of

material, surface treatment, dimension, etc. Samples cost will be refunded when order quantity reaches to a certain amount.

3) How is the warranty of the products quality control?

A: We hold the tight end quality controlling from very beginning to the end and aim at 99.99% error free.
