What’s the advantage of your factory?
We have more than 10 years experience in CNC machining, we evaluate the parts carefully, and let customer know which tolerance we can’t meet in the quotation process(also let customer know what tolerance we can meet), and communicate with the customer sufficiently to understand customer’s requirement clearly. We inspect the parts carefully and let customer know any issue honestly before shipping.
What is the advantage of bead blast?
There are three advantages:
1.Release the stress of the machined parts.
2.Make the part surface more dense.
3.Hide the surface cosmetic issue.
Do you machining BSP (British Standard pipe) screw thread
Yes, we we have many years experience on BSP screw thread, as long as the thread cutter is available from market, we can make according to the customer’s drawing.
What is needed for CNC parts machining?
We have to know the material, quantity and tolerance, and the finish, surface roughness, heat treatment, normally they are called out from the 2D drawings in PDF format, except that the 3D file(in IGS, stp) is a must, if the customer only have the sample don’t have the drawing, we can do reverse engineering, to create the drawing.
