How do your factory guarantee the quality?
We deeply know the qualified parts are made from production line instead of guaranteed by quality team. We know our machine, programmer and operator’s well, so we know which tolerance level can we can meet. For the parts with critical tolerance, we make process plan carefully, all of the machine and inspection tools are calibrated regularly. In production, we our operator inspect the parts, our IPQC inspect the parts, before shipping our OQC inspect the parts. All parts have inspection reports
