We continually invest in the latest CNC lathes, Many turned parts use a single axis. However, the machines here at Xinbo use multiple axis to allow more flexibility. Turning can be combined with CNC milling and other processes to create more diverse shapes

Here at Xinbo, we have over 10 years of CNC machining experience, including manufacturing high quality precision milled and turned prototypes and pre-production components.
We get great satisfaction in seeing a product come to life. We are happy to work with completed designs or initial design sketches – and to advise with design functionality and tolerancing where required.

We work with 3D models (.igs, .stp, parasolid, formats) and traditional 2D drawings (.pdfs, .tif, DXF or DWG files). We can also work from basic customer sketches or samples.

Q: What do I need for offering a quotation?
A: Please offer us 2D or 3D drawings (with material, dimension, tolerance, finishing, heat treatment and other technical requirements etc.), quantity, or samples. Then we will offer quotation within 24hours.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ depends on our client's needs, you are welcome to place trial order before mass production.

Q: What is the production cycle?
A: It depends on product dimension, tolerance, technical requirement and quantity. We always try to meet customers' requirement by adjusting our workshop schedule.

Q: What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A.: T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, etc.

Q: Is it possible to know how my product manufacturing status is without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production plan and send weekly reports with pictures or videos which showing the machining progress.

Q: Delivery time
Prototype: around 3-5 days after payment. Mass production: around 20~25 days after receipt of deposit (Accurate delivery time depends on specific items and quantities.
