CNC Milling

Xinbo use state of the art CNC Milling technology to manufacture bespoke precision parts to your exact requirements.

CNC Turning

We continually invest in the latest CNC lathes, Many turned parts use a single axis. However, the machines here at Xinbo use multiple axis to allow more flexibility. Turning can be combined with CNC milling and other processes to create more diverse shapes.

Prototype work

Here at Xinbo, we have over 10 years of CNC machining experience, including manufacturing high quality precision milled and turned prototypes and pre-production components.
We get great satisfaction in seeing a product come to life. We are happy to work with completed designs or initial design sketches – and to advise with design functionality and tolerancing where required.
Our customers particularly value our expert machining design advice, helping them to keep prototype costs to a minimum.

We work with 3D models (.igs, .stp, parasolid, formats) and traditional 2D drawings (.pdfs, .tif, DXF or DWG files). We can also work from basic customer sketches or samples.
